Cancellation and Payment Policy - Due to the systems and operational software we use. 50% of the payment will be collected immediately on booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 14 days before arrival. Fifty per cent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. Zero per cent (0.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The holding payment and the short-term rental agreement must be completed on booking.

On booking, you will receive our digital house manual, which has the house rules in it. You will also receive the propertys short-term rental agreement. By attending the property, you agree to this agreement.

Once booked, we ask the guest to thoroughly read the house rules as well as the house manual, and check-in and check-out procedures to be well familiarised with the property.

When enquiring about availability, please ensure you have completed your ID Verification, have a profile photo, and some information about yourself and the purpose of your stay.
