Please note that there is a 0.88% charge when you pay with a Mastercard or Visa credit card, and a 1.8% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
A cash bond of $500.00 is required per apartment or a $250 security bond which can be paid by Credit Card pre-authorisation. On return of the apartment keys and payment of incidentals, the security bond will then be refunded providing the apartment has been left clean and tidy with no damages.

If you expect to arrive after these times, please contact the property in advance to arrange a credit card pre-authorisation and after hours key collection using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you do not contact the property in advance to arrange late check in, keys cannot be left for you and your booking will be cancelled.
