Each apartment at Belaire Place Motel Apartments has a bedroom, private bathroom and a living area including a kitchenette, dining area and a lounge area. The apartments have either garden, street or partial ocean view from the apartments.

Payment
Please note that we do not accept American Express credit cards or cash payments.
For non-refundable bookings, the full booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Forother rate plans, a $200 deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable in line with the rate plan selected.
If the card has insufficient funds or the payment cannot be processed, we will make reasonable attempts to contact the guest using the contact details provided. If we are unable to reach the guest or payment cannot be successfully processed, the booking will be cancelled.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving after 5:00 PM are kindly requested to contact us in advance to arrange their arrival. Our contact details are provided on your booking confirmation.
Number of Guests
Please ensure that your booking includes the total number of guests staying in the apartment, includingchildren and infants. This information can be entered in the Comments Box when making your booking.
Check-in Requirements
A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. The credit card must be in the same name as the guest named on the booking confirmation.
No Party Policy
Belaire Place has a strict No Party Policy. Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a reasonable level during your stay.
Security Deposit
A AUD $250 security deposit is required on arrival. The $250 deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.
The deposit will be refunded to the same credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
We do not accept cash as payment for the security deposit.
