The hotel will be renovating rooms acrossfloors.
With this major project you should anticipate:
Varied noise levels between the hours of 7:00am and 6.00pm daily. Some noise levels may be loud or repetitive at times.
Work crews do not work on Sunday unless they experience weather delays.
Entrance point lobby area is not affected.
There could be delays with the lifts at various times.
There will be no access to 3rd and 4th floor in the building.
Carparking – we will have very limited carparking throughout the construction works and then at one point – no carparking due to the egress upgrade.
Please be respectful of “Construction Zones.”
